Post Gallup Certification, Pradeep has done almost more than 500+ hours of Executive coaching with diverse senior profiles such as Operations, Marketing, Finance including CEOs and COOs.Currently, he is also working with some of the first generation entrepreneurs in helping them to prepare for future growth.
Pradeep has developed a Coaching Model called “Immersion” for Transition Coaching, which is vital for any Senior Executive who is transiting into a new role from within or outside the organization. He is currently working on a coaching model called “ Campus to Corporate” for young talents. This model is focusing on the transition of bright students from Campus to Corporate, critical transition phase in early careers of young talents.
Pradeep has done some pioneering work in Talent management space while working with Sanofi for South Asia. Having gone through several M&A related integrations in last 15years, Pradeep's main thrust area was to ensure identification of right talents, rollout engagement actions and retain them in an integrated organization. During the process of integration, he has developed strong insight in identification of High potential Executives and work on their career mapping with the expanding business.
He was instrumental in successfully Onboarding of new members into Country Senior Leadership Team.
